This special course features seasonal ingredients of the day, allowing you to enjoy dishes cooked with liquid nitrogen at -196℃, truffles, and premium Aso Akaushi beef.(Due to damage to the breeding facilities caused by the Kumamoto earthquake, shipments of Aso Akaushi beef have been suspended, so we will be offering Kochi's Tosa Akaushi beef instead.)
